• Manage client communications, resolve issues, and provide status reports as the primary contact for daily project operations.
• Track client project metrics, convert metrics into business information, and oversee the ensuing action plans to guarantee the achievement of customer goals and project objectives.
• Lead and facilitate regular client meetings to discuss project status updates, performance reviews, corrections, and post-project evaluations.
• Document and distribute meeting minutes while ensuring the completion of assigned action items.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to diverse audiences, including senior executives, clients, or potential customers.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, ideally within a healthcare or managed care environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of HEDIS measures, specifications, and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret healthcare data and performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A committed and driven individual, willing to work unconventional hours when necessary.
• Proficient in a Windows environment.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
• Experience in setting up and supporting database notifications and failover clustering is a plus.
• Understanding of RDBMS/SQL concepts.
• Skilled in troubleshooting techniques and operations.
• Capable of managing demanding service response and recovery turnaround times.
• Able to handle daily support tasks to meet stringent SLA requirements.
• Excellent at scheduling and multitasking.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to collaborate with others to resolve issues.
