This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee client implementation projects from start to finish, managing timelines, scope, risks, and stakeholder communication from project kickoff to go-live.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, status trackers, and documentation for all active accounts.
• Conduct client meetings and internal syncs, documenting decisions and action items while ensuring follow-through.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, product, and customer success teams, resolving issues and escalating as necessary.
• Proactively identify and communicate risks, blockers, and timeline changes to both clients and internal leadership.
• Regularly compile status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure project management tools (Linear, Notion, etc.) are accurate and up-to-date, serving as the definitive source of truth for your accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact for a select group of clients during implementation, managing the relationship from kickoff to launch.
• Establish trust with client stakeholders by comprehending their business needs, anticipating requirements, and driving results proactively.
• Address client inquiries and requests directly during implementation, collaborating with internal teams for technical or product-related insights when necessary.
• Convert client feedback and feature requests into well-articulated requirements for product and engineering teams.
• Ensure a smooth transition to the account management team after go-live, documenting and transferring all pertinent context, configurations, open items, and client specifics.
• Achieve deep expertise in Jump's platform configuration and admin tools, enabling independent scoping and validation of client setups.
• Set up client environments and review configurations performed by others to maintain quality and consistency.
• Serve as an internal expert on product capabilities, guiding clients on how to maximize its use for various applications.
• Identify and implement enhancements to implementation playbooks, templates, and tools.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize routine tasks such as meeting summaries, status updates, and documentation.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation, project management, or client services, with a preference for managing enterprise client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience serving as the primary client point of contact during implementation, with a keen sense of when to advocate, when to absorb issues, and when to escalate concerns.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort in delving into product configuration and admin tools, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to documentation accuracy.
