Project Manager – Civil Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage various civil construction projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure adherence to schedules and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide support, coaching, and guidance to Project Superintendents.

• Foster and manage the Owner/Client relationship on-site.

• Organize and schedule projects to maximize efficiency and quality outcomes.

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding budget, schedule, and quantity tracking.

• Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and make necessary adjustments.

• Assist the superintendent in coordinating project resources and labor needs.

• Uphold safety standards and guidelines on the construction site.

• Collaborate with clients, supervisory personnel, subcontractors, and engineers to address challenges.

• Manage necessary responses to delays, adverse weather, or emergencies.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key vendors and subcontractors.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in civil construction.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

• Experience with Procore is preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations.

• Capability to remain adaptable and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to make informed and rapid decisions while performing well under pressure.

• Skills in multitasking while effectively analyzing and resolving issues.

• In-depth knowledge of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Professional demeanor in all situations.

• Team player with demonstrated leadership skills.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a mandatory requirement.
