Project Manager, Central Laboratory Services

📋 Description

• Oversee both new and ongoing CRO laboratory initiatives across various fields

• Ensure that project plans are effectively implemented to achieve desired outcomes

• Offer internal consulting services regarding project management challenges

• Track operational delivery progress in line with agreed timelines and budget constraints

• Draft and uphold process documentation

• Guide and mentor junior Project Managers

• Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and revenue targets

• Facilitate the planning and execution of new projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline (such as engineering)

• Prior experience in a Project Manager role within Central Laboratories, whether in a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech setting

• Proficient computer skills with a strong command of MS Office/MS 365 applications

• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities; high emotional intelligence

• Solid grasp of project management principles and data analysis techniques

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent research and reporting proficiency

• Remarkable judgment and discretion

• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays (~10-25%)
