Project Manager – Central Laboratory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Lead both new and ongoing CRO laboratory projects across various disciplines

• Ensure that project plans are effectively executed to achieve desired results

• Offer internal consulting on matters related to project management

• Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and revenue objectives

• Maintain thorough daily oversight and coordination of scheduled activities

• Prepare and deliver project updates during internal and external meetings

• Identify project components that fall outside the original scope; escalate findings and proposed actions to relevant stakeholders

• Ensure that deliverables adhere to established design and performance standards

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a life science or a related field (such as engineering)

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within Central Laboratories for a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech organization

• Proficient computer skills with experience in MS Office/MS 365 applications

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities; outstanding emotional intelligence

• Deep understanding of project management and data analysis principles

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities

• Exceptional research and reporting competencies

• Demonstrated sound judgment and discretion

• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbally communicating in English

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight trips (approximately 10-25%)

• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet business requirements
