This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the implementation of new business initiatives.
• Act as the business owner and leader for these implementations, taking responsibility for achieving business outcomes.
• Assist with the ongoing requirements of the business while ensuring that best practices are followed.
• Provide technical guidance regarding the installation environment of products and maintain the system.
• Direct and manage the complete implementation process of new business following verbal award.
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the project to align with customer expectations.
• Plan, direct, organize, and manage multiple project initiatives according to the approved scope and timeline.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to confirm the scope of new business.
• Develop an engineering structure designed to scale in alignment with the company's strategic growth.
• Establish roles and responsibilities for the implementation team to support operations effectively.
• Comprehend Operational Excellence as it relates to Labor Management Systems and associated principles.
• Convert business requirements into a strong, scalable design.
• Implement intricate business requirements using a range of tools and technologies.
• Provide daily direction to cross-functional implementation pods and support teams.
• Ensure a seamless transition to operations following go-live and during the ramp-up phase.
• Generate documentation that facilitates the transition from implementation to post-implementation support.
• Evaluate and adapt to industry trends, suggesting modifications or enhancements as needed.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience.
• Experience in direct customer-facing roles and implementation delivery.
• Ability to swiftly grasp new concepts and technologies and translate them into customer solutions.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and maintain effective working relationships.
• Capability to utilize experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
• Experience in managing personnel, including contractors and suppliers.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
