Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Ensure that projects are advancing in alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

• Oversee project scope and modifications – monitor overall budget, manage out-of-scope requests (RFI’s), and keep clients updated.

• Collaborate with the Field Lead to assess project manpower needs and scheduling.

• Provide on-site leadership to the project team, fostering team motivation to achieve project goals while adhering to responsibilities and milestones.

• Take full ownership of the project life cycle: successful project delivery encompasses complete implementation from initiation to closure.

• Develop estimates and a comprehensive project plan for all project phases.

• Prepare audit documentation and ensure quality maintenance.

• Acquire necessary resources to meet project objectives by the designated “in-service dates.”

• Participate in customer project progress meetings, offering insights and updates on project status.

• Comprehend interdependencies among technology, operations, and business requirements.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with Project Management Certification (PMP).

• A minimum of 10 years of professional project management experience in the oilfield sector.

• At least 5 years of commissioning experience.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
