Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the engagement lead for customer projects.

• Clearly communicate job expectations to team members while planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing their contributions accordingly.

• Uphold policies and procedures for each project.

• Attain operational goals by providing information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews, preparing and executing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and client-service standards, troubleshooting issues, identifying system enhancements, and applying changes.

• Meet financial targets by forecasting needs, quoting services, scheduling expenses, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective measures.

• Stay updated on job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities, reading industry publications, maintaining professional networks, and participating in professional organizations.

• Strengthen the reputation of the department and organization by taking ownership of new and diverse requests and seeking ways to enhance job outcomes.

• Create budgets and monitor budget expenditures.

• Mentor team members while consistently providing performance management feedback.

• Appropriately staff projects and oversee team members.

• Manage team members efficiently and effectively.

• Advocate for process improvement initiatives.

• Actively seek professional self-development opportunities on a regular basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant project management and planning experience.

• Demonstrate excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong capacity to manage client expectations in terms of scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction.

• Capable of working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
