Project Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for the customer regarding all project-related issues

• Oversee the complete project delivery process, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards

• Facilitate regular governance calls, provide status updates, and conduct stakeholder meetings

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Delivery, R&D, Support) and customer stakeholders

• Promote clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders

• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; ensure timely resolution and escalation

• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables with effective tracking and follow-up

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, internal governance standards, and relevant regulatory or security requirements

• Effectively handle customer escalations and maintain strong professional relationships

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to project governance

• Foster knowledge management by maintaining a shared knowledge base, mentoring team members, enhancing technical skills, and boosting overall productivity

• Ensure a seamless transition and handover to operations or support teams post-implementation, including documentation, training, and stabilization support to guarantee ongoing customer satisfaction

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Demonstrated capability to coordinate across cross-functional teams

• Experience in customer-facing roles and with senior stakeholders

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines

• High level of ownership and accountability

• Experience in Telecom / IT / Software Delivery projects

• Familiarity with enterprise customers and large-scale deployments

• PMP / Prince2 certification (preferable)
