Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish project goals, scope, objectives, and deliverables in accordance with client specifications.

• Inspire and guide project teams, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and accountability.

• Efficiently distribute resources, oversee project budgets, and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency.

• Recognize potential risks and challenges, devise mitigation plans, and proactively tackle issues to reduce project disruptions.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering regular project updates.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, review project documentation, and facilitate audits to uphold regulatory requirements.

• Supervise the logistics of materials, manage labeling procedures, and guarantee timely delivery of clinical supplies to support trial operations.

• Promote process enhancements, adopt best practices, and identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

• Create detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or a related field; project management certification (PMP) is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with clinical supply operations and regulatory standards.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Robust skills in teamwork and collaboration, adaptability and flexibility, initiative and confidence, prioritization, influencing others, critical thinking, and technical task proficiency.
