This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee comprehensive implementation projects throughout the EMEA region, managing schedules, communications, and delivery to guarantee successful results.
• Create and deliver engaging training sessions for customers (both onsite and remote), developing clear materials and documentation to facilitate user adoption.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (Support, Development, Sales) to align with customer objectives, resolve challenges, and contribute to ongoing product enhancement.
• Assist current customers while identifying opportunities for growth, including the up-selling of additional modules, services, or integrations.
• Conduct customized solution demonstrations for new implementations and expansion initiatives, highlighting value and product capabilities.
• Contribute to customer resources and best practices, such as help guides, FAQs, release testing feedback, and involvement in user groups or trade shows.
• Operate flexibly and independently, coordinating travel, managing competing priorities, and collaborating across global time zones.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in owning and managing complete customer implementations or projects in a SaaS or higher education setting (e.g., Student Information Systems like Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Banner, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to establish trusted partner relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving, issue management, and analytical capabilities.
• Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with robust documentation and follow-through abilities.
• Technologically inquisitive, with the aptitude to quickly learn new tools and systems.
