This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborates with members of the marketing team to streamline project requests and assist in the planning of future initiatives and campaigns.
• Oversees the weekly progression of assigned projects by monitoring priorities, deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Aids in project intake, scheduling, and resource allocation to facilitate the timely completion of tasks.
• Creates project timelines and supervises task management.
• Ensures effective weekly communication between creative teams and marketing managers through project meetings, status updates, and documentation.
• Recognizes potential project risks and issues, escalating concerns appropriately while supporting mitigation strategies.
• Maintains project schedules, statuses, and assigned resources within the team’s work management platform.
• Adjusts project timelines and priorities based on evolving business needs and communicates these impacts to stakeholders.
• Monitors project progress and submits weekly status reports to management, detailing project status, workload, risks, and key milestones.
• Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize project workflows, communication methods, and team efficiency.
• Keeps abreast of marketing priorities, business objectives, and organizational goals to effectively support project execution.
• Reviews project deliverables for completeness and alignment with stakeholder requirements before final approval.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, project management, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management, project coordination, marketing operations, agency operations, or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in a marketing, creative, communications, or agency setting is preferred.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in clear, concise, and effective communication with stakeholders across all levels.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in PC software, including Microsoft Office products.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and business requirements.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
