Project Manager

📋 Description

• Prochant, a premier outsourced billing service within the U.S. healthcare sector, is in search of a qualified Project Manager to become part of our team. In this position, you will oversee the onboarding of new clients to our revenue cycle management (RCM) services and implement new processes for current clients.

• Our Project Managers are responsible for driving onboarding and implementation projects to successful outcomes—delivered on time, within scope, and on or under budget—while ensuring clear and consistent communication to facilitate the adoption of best practices. You will work closely with a diverse array of stakeholders, including client teams (ranging from billers to CEOs), IT, domestic and offshore operations, regulatory compliance, and account management.

• An essential component of this role involves guiding and coordinating our offshore agents in accordance with Prochant’s best practices while addressing the specific needs of our U.S.-based clients. You will ensure that billing, operations, cash flow, and quality patient care remain seamless throughout each transition by aligning all critical path elements for scheduled go-lives.

• Although this position is remote, it holds significant visibility both internally and externally. It requires outstanding organizational and communication skills, along with the capability to prioritize effectively and manage complex projects. Experience in HME, Home Health, and/or Infusion is necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• DME/HME, Infusion, or Home Health experience/industry knowledge.

• Familiarity with billing systems (e.g., Brightree, CareTend, Niko, TIMS).

• Project management experience.

• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize independently.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).

• Comfortable presenting in front of small to mid-sized groups.

• Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s Degree *preferred.*
