• Serve as the on-site representative for Peterson at customer locations during the delivery, installation, and commissioning of sold equipment.
• Organize and lead regular meetings with subcontractors and customers/owners to monitor project advancement.
• Diligently manage project documentation, including permits/approvals, certified payroll, project timelines, and site safety protocols.
• Collaborate with customers and engage with essential stakeholders to achieve customer objectives.
• Offer technical assistance and work/cost estimates to the Sales team.
• Oversee all project logistics, including equipment orders and shipping arrangements.
• Act as the main point of contact between Peterson and the customer throughout the project duration.
• Ensure quality control on projects and coordinate all on-site activities.
• Handle project invoicing, progress billing, and cost/profit forecasting.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Business or a closely related field.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in project management within the construction sector.
• Possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
