Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the on-site representative for Peterson at customer locations during the delivery, installation, and commissioning of sold equipment.

• Organize and lead regular meetings with subcontractors and customers/owners to monitor project advancement.

• Effectively manage project documentation, including permits/approvals, certified payroll, project timelines, and site safety regulations.

• Collaborate with customers and engage with key stakeholders to achieve customer objectives.

• Offer technical assistance and provide work/cost estimates to the Sales team.

• Oversee all project logistics, including equipment orders and shipping arrangements.

• Act as the main point of contact between Peterson and the customer throughout the project duration.

• Ensure quality control for projects and coordinate all on-site operations.

• Handle project invoicing, progress billing, and cost/profit forecasting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Business or a closely related field.

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in project management within the construction sector.

• Possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license and a clean driving record.
