Project Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership and continuously enhance the rhythm of internal reporting: bi-weekly PM reports, leadership updates, CEO briefings, All Hands, and Board materials — ensuring precision, clarity, and timeliness.

• Assist in the implementation and scaling of AI-driven automations to optimize reporting and other recurring operational processes; discover new opportunities where automation can minimize manual tasks.

• Lead cross-functional processes and experiments: rollout logs, retrospectives, onboarding of new team members, and identifying bottlenecks in workflows across teams.

• Track KPIs and resource allocation throughout teams: compile regular reports that spotlight areas where the team is lagging, encountering obstacles, or not fully utilizing resources — and suggest actionable solutions.

• Aid leadership with ad-hoc projects: research, calls, vendor coordination, contract evaluations, test assignments, candidate pre-screening, and other tasks requiring ownership and discretion.

• Collaborate with PMs, team leads, and leadership to guarantee alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

• Proactively pinpoint operational gaps and propose initiatives to enhance team efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or related roles, preferably within tech or product environments.

• Proven experience managing recurring reporting cycles and crafting materials for diverse audiences (team leads, leadership, All Hands).

• Practical experience with AI tools and automation (LLM-based workflows, no-code/low-code platforms) — along with a strong desire to broaden their use.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and convert data into actionable recommendations.

• Experience in contributing to cross-functional processes: onboarding, retrospectives, rollout procedures, and operational rituals.

• Comfort in managing ambiguity and juggling a variety of tasks — from structured recurring processes to ad-hoc research and unique projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear updates.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership: capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and functioning independently.

• High degree of discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information.

• Results-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Strong collaboration abilities — comfortable working across teams with PMs, engineers, analysts, and leadership.
