• Serve as the Space Sector Lead responsible for managing janitorial services, building engineering, elevator and electrical maintenance, grounds upkeep, snow removal, fire and life safety, HVAC, café and food services, waste disposal, and recycling contracts provided by JLL.
• Function as the Sector ERM Lead, overseeing the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of risks associated with critical facilities and infrastructure within the Space Sector.
• Collaborate with regional teams and external partners to ensure that milestones, risk mitigation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives for the Sector Facility are successfully achieved.
• Review and authorize change-control requests concerning facility additions, deletions, and service scaling.
• Participate in and provide support for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and Monthly NGSP-JLL Governance Meetings.
• A Bachelor's degree and 7 years of varied experience in Program/Project Management, Business Management and Strategy, or a related field; a Master's degree with 5 years of experience is also acceptable.
• Familiarity with maintaining and organizing documentation for compliance purposes.
• Basic knowledge of facility operations and systems, including asset management and supply chain coordination.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in developing presentations and signage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including site management and external personnel.
• Proven capability to manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and support multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and compliance in administrative tasks.
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements that align with organizational objectives.
• Capability to manage classified materials and assist with security reviews; must be able to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances, as applicable.
• Willingness to support team members and programs in a flexible and adaptable manner as needed.
• Understanding of cost account tracking and reporting processes is advantageous.
