Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, scope, and budget.

• Lead agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, and budgets utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to achieve project goals.

• Recognize and address risks and issues, eliminate obstacles, and ensure prompt resolution.

• Update stakeholders and senior management on project status, progress, and challenges.

• Cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement and advocate for agile best practices within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an IT Project Manager (regardless of industry).

• In-depth knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies.

• Experience in managing international projects and collaborating with global teams.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills in both English and Portuguese.

• Capability to handle multiple projects at once, effectively prioritizing demands.

• PMP and/or CSM certifications.
