Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the initial deployment lifecycle of the Medable Solution from project kick-off to go-live and system localization.

• Work in collaboration with solution design teams to ensure a thorough understanding of trial-specific requirements.

• Manage project scope, timelines, and financial oversight, which includes submitting and approving timecards (if applicable) while ensuring the project stays within budget.

• Guarantee that the design teams align the System Specifications with the clinical trial protocols and detailed schedules of assessments outlined in the study contract.

• Create adaptive project plans that seamlessly integrate evolving client needs and trial requirements without hindering project progress.

• Establish effective change management practices by proactively identifying, assessing, and incorporating change requests.

• Educate both clients and internal teams on software capabilities, customization possibilities, and best practices for integration into clinical trial processes.

• Provide expert oversight for ongoing projects that require system enhancements or modifications.

• Ensure continuous progress and uphold project integrity.

• Assist in translating client requirements into fully functional software solutions.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, detailed project plans that strategically outline timelines, critical milestones, and optimal resource allocation.

• Support successful software implementation through coordinated planning and execution.

• Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients through transparent and consistent communication, serving as the primary point of contact for all project updates, issue resolution, and ongoing support.

• Proactively identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

• Demonstrated experience in managing full lifecycle software implementation projects with a proven record of supporting solution design and delivery tailored to specific client needs.

• Advanced proficiency in change management, highlighting the ability to manage complex change requests and effectively coordinate cross-functional teams with updated project objectives.

• Extensive experience in supporting in-flight projects that require adaptive approaches or enhanced oversight.

• A comprehensive understanding of clinical trial domains, specifically: eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments), ePRO, EDC, DCT.

• Strong knowledge of clinical trial data management processes and regulatory compliance frameworks.
