• Collaborate with the New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and Customer Account Management (CAM) teams to ensure clarity on the solution.
• Organize and conduct the project kick-off meeting.
• Articulate the delivery methodology.
• Develop, share, and oversee the project plan, including relevant phases.
• Allocate resources to align with the delivery plan.
• Arrange for system configuration.
• Coordinate consultancy efforts.
• Establish training plans.
• Provide timelines for reports, data loading, and integration.
• Coordinate the necessary resources for software development.
• Set up a post-go live review.
• Facilitate an effective handover to Customer Support, as needed based on project scale or complexity.
• Clarify project scope.
• Recognize customer resource limitations and adjust accordingly.
• Manage project budgets effectively.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement written plan acceptance, phase completion, and project sign-off controls.
• Provide advice and guidance on constructing test plans.
• Document exceptions and manage them appropriately.
• Deliver internal and external project updates and checkpoint calls as necessary.
• Make go/no-go decisions on live controls.
• Manage variances in project scope along with commercial and planning implications.
• Demonstrated experience in managing ERP implementation projects, with Sage Intacct being highly advantageous.
• Strong skills in project planning and stakeholder management.
• Experience in overseeing software development, integrations, and third-party solutions.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Process-driven with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in budget management.
