This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee daily operations across various project sites, ensuring compliance with JLL's 5-phase methodology.
• Develop and sustain project scope, timelines, and financial plans for all managed sites.
• Coordinate project undertakings across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
• Generate and secure written change notifications and approvals from stakeholders at all sites.
• Manage risk registers, tracking and communicating risks related to scope, schedule, and budget for each site.
• Conduct and document weekly project meetings, including pre-bid/pre-construction discussions across multiple locations.
• Supervise all punch list items and closeout procedures for each location.
• Ensure that all documentation and correspondence are archived in accordance with JLL protocols.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client project representatives across all sites.
• Foster new and existing business relationships through engagement across multiple sites.
• Proactively identify potential challenges across all project locations.
• Oversee all supplier partners regarding cost, safety, and schedule adherence for various locations.
• Collaborate with JLL peers, senior project managers, regional leads, practice leads, and subject matter experts to leverage JLL's vertically integrated real estate services platform.
• Create and manage project budgets for multiple sites, including cost tracking (ACR).
• Communicate budget risks and changes to clients promptly.
• Review and ensure compliance with lease requirements across all locations.
• Obtain and process partial and final lien waivers for each site.
• Understand and manage client and vendor contracts accordingly.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of drawings and specifications with the ability to identify additions or omissions through quality control.
• Ensure supplier partner insurance requirements, safety pre-qualification, and safety plans are implemented for all sites.
• Obtain necessary approvals (landlord, permitting, etc.) for each location.
• Manage health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) practices and compliance across all project sites.
• Maintain Certinia data integrity and project documentation standards.
• Coordinate and supervise Associates, Analysts, and other administrative staff on specific projects.
• Train and assess Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Promote an ethical environment of accountability, excellence, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
• Support the development and implementation of best practices that enhance JLL's capabilities and reputation.
• Prepare and produce proposals for multi-site opportunities.
• Network across the industry and within the organization.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and RFP management.
• Support brokers during building searches and lease negotiations.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with past clients.
• Identify prospects in pursuit of new business.
• A minimum of 2 years of industry experience in project management.
• Proficient understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Strong grasp of project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proficiency in project management software (Clarizen or similar).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with correct grammar and formatting.
• Ability to make tactical decisions independently.
• Familiarity with lease language and contract management.
