Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from its integration into the portfolio to its conclusion, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgetary constraints, scope, quality standards, and risk management protocols.

• Aggregate and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to aid in decision-making processes.

• Utilize both agile and traditional methodologies, facilitating ceremonies, alignments, and tracking of deliverables.

• Act as a liaison among clients, sponsors, technical teams, and strategic stakeholders.

• Assist in defining roadmaps, OKRs, and strategic planning within the Projects sector.

• Guarantee that deliverables meet contractual, technical, regulatory, and commercial standards.

• Aid in transformation initiatives, structuring, and enhancing project governance.

• Lead meetings with clients as well as internal and external teams.

• Be prepared for both domestic and international travel.

• Facilitate ceremonies associated with project management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

• Prior experience as a Project Manager or in comparable roles.

• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or related credentials are preferred.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred for conducting meetings and supporting international projects.
