• 5-8 years of progressive experience in project or program management roles

• Expertise in the phases of project and program management, including stakeholder engagement and change management

• Exceptional organizational abilities with a capacity to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

• Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills, including a focus on process improvement

• Proven skills in task prioritization and effective time management

• High proficiency in the English language; proficiency in another language is ideal, with Japanese being a plus
