Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project planning, strategic development, and execution for enterprise initiatives.

• Create and sustain integrated project plans while monitoring milestones and deliverables.

• Establish and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

• Assess and manage resource requirements, clarifying team roles and responsibilities.

• Deliver succinct status updates and communications ready for executive review.

• Facilitate productive meetings and workshops.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Manage change requests with impact analysis and uphold version-controlled baselines.

• Develop and track project schedules, dashboards, and status reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

• Recent experience (within the last two years) in health insurance/managed care or third-party administration environments is preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of practical project leadership (IT and/or business) throughout the full lifecycle.

• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Planner, or similar PM/BA tools.

• Strong analytical and project management abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
