This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Supervise all facets of various projects from initiation to completion, formulating and implementing comprehensive project schedules while monitoring on-time delivery, revenue, KPIs, and margin quality.
• Engage with clients to discuss project scope and timelines, and prepare customer estimates and quotes as necessary.
• Maintain close communication with customers, the project management office, service group stakeholders, and other departments concerning schedules, quality, and standards; organize meetings, prepare materials, and draft meeting minutes.
• Oversee all service representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and contractors to ensure compliance with quality, safety, cost, and timeliness standards.
• Draft method of procedure and scope of work documents for projects.
• Approve maintenance operation procedure documents for the region.
• Generate and distribute all kickoff and closeout documentation, including floor plans, schematics, and specifications relevant to projects.
• Collaborate with design professionals, subject matter experts, and other resources to guarantee the timely and cost-effective execution of all projects.
• Manage project change orders and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Communicate change orders to clients and/or management promptly.
• Comprehend and implement customer standards regarding safety, installation quality, processes, and communication methods.
• Understand and uphold Enersys standards of professionalism, quality, safety, metrics, and processes.
• Monitor all time and expenses accurately, utilizing approved methods.
• Foster customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Associate's degree or two years of equivalent training.
• 6-8 years of relevant industry or construction experience.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of code requirements for specialty trade systems and their integration into overall facility or project plans.
• Advanced proficiency and understanding of CAD drawings, Gantt charts, MS Project, Excel, and Visio.
• Capability to work with minimal direct supervision.
• Willingness and ability to learn and develop within the organization.
• Strong verbal, telephone, and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and internet usage.
• PMP certification or currently in progress.
