📋 Description

• Functions as the main point of contact (POC) for overseeing client data throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle.

• Represents DISCO as an ambassador, embodying the company's values and solutions at client events.

• Cultivates robust relationships and fosters open communication with clients, ensuring they comprehend DISCO usage, status reporting, and essential product functionalities.

• Provides updates and communicates project milestones to DISCO Project Managers and clients, ensuring a seamless and transparent project trajectory.

• Designs and executes review workflows while managing the administration of DISCO databases to enhance effective data management.

• Acquires in-depth knowledge of the DISCO platform and its features to offer clients expert guidance on best practices for early data assessment, document review, production, depositions, and trials.

• Leads product training sessions for attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support specialists to improve their skills in utilizing DISCO's tools and functionalities.

• Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including other Project Managers, Forensics, Data Operations, Disco Desk, and Client Success, to tackle challenges, identify effective solutions, and ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Offers constructive feedback and communicates feature requests to the product and engineering teams, aiding in the ongoing enhancement of DISCO's offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of eDiscovery project management experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or service provider.

• More than 5 years of practical knowledge with one or more industry-standard eDiscovery platforms, such as DISCO, Relativity, Recommind, or Concordance.

• At least 1 year of experience working at a consulting firm or delivering consultative solutions in eDiscovery.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a litigation support group at a law firm/corporation or closely collaborating with litigation support teams in previous roles.
