This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Convert business needs and stakeholder expectations into clearly defined project scopes and actionable plans for synchronized delivery strategies.
• Develop and uphold comprehensive project documentation throughout various phases, including supporting assumptions and precise risk tracking.
• Engage in project estimation processes, collaborating with all relevant teams to ensure accurate assessments of cost, effort, and capacity.
• Integrate change management elements into plans as necessary to guarantee successful readiness and subsequent adoption of solutions.
• Establish and utilize effective governance frameworks, providing timely status updates for awareness, escalation, or decision-making as required.
• Execute effective project closure, documenting lessons learned and ensuring a smooth transition to operations after project completion.
• Advocate for project and change management within the broader CBI Health community, offering mentorship and raising awareness as needed.
• Contribute as an active member of the PMO team, collaborating with and supporting fellow PMO members as necessary to fulfill the PMO mandate and CBI Health strategies.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience in executing enterprise projects and collaborating with senior leaders across various functions.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the adaptability to work effectively with all stakeholders.
• Results-oriented, resourceful, and possessing strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• PMP certification is considered a valuable asset.
