This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• In this position, you will oversee the deployment of Graphic Communications ERP solutions, helping our clients achieve their business goals and operational outcomes.
• Your responsibilities will encompass project management and delivery, stakeholder and client relationship management, alignment with customer strategies, policies, and procedures, product customization, scope management, team leadership, financial oversight, and collaborating with clients on change management challenges while pinpointing enhancements to the Graphic Communications PMO processes.
• Project Management and Delivery: Develop project plans that include estimating resource needs (skills, software, hardware, etc.) and timelines, scheduling, budgeting, identifying and managing dependencies, and planning for change management. Manage project delivery in accordance with the approved project plans, objectives, budgets, and provide progress documentation. Engage in stakeholder management through active participation and regular updates with key stakeholders. Report project status to essential stakeholders, including progress on milestones, details on issues and risks, and budget comparisons. Identify, log, assess, and strategize treatment for project issues and risks. Control project scope changes through established project change management processes. Ensure projects align with the Customer's strategic and operational plans. Conduct Post Implementation Reviews to identify and implement process improvements for future projects. Complete and archive project documentation.
• Consultative Relationship Building: Actively promote and realize the benefits and value associated with project delivery and professional service provision. Earn the trust of key client executives by demonstrating expertise, delivering high-quality results, and providing candid insights. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance value for the client within the current scope and propose project extensions and additional initiatives.
• Profitability Management: Oversee the chargeability of Graphic Communications services resources and manage your own chargeability. Align stakeholder expectations with delivery capabilities and priorities, ensuring that deliverables meet business needs and requirements. Maintain customer awareness regarding agreements related to scope and contract terms, obtain sign-off upon completion of deliverables, and manage the invoicing process while fostering client understanding of billed charges.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in both English and French, with a good command of any other European languages being an advantage.
• Over 8 years of experience, including a mix of relevant industry experience and project management expertise.
• Ability to manage customer expectations in alignment with work priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High-level presentation and persuasive communication skills.
• Familiarity with the print industry would be a plus.
