Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete project delivery process, which encompasses planning, execution, and ongoing enhancement.

• Establish and oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and interdependencies.

• Ensure that delivery goals are aligned with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to guarantee timely delivery within the defined scope.

• Interact with customers and stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and address feedback.

• Report on project progress, timelines, and strategic updates to leadership.

• Promote the adoption and enhancement of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies.

• Direct program and release activities across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• More than 5 years of experience in project/program management, delivering complex solutions aimed at end users.

• Demonstrated success in managing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in Agile environments, particularly with SAFe frameworks.

• Knowledge and experience throughout the entire product and solution lifecycle, from concept to delivery and optimization.
