Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and ensure the successful and timely completion of tasks.

• Collaborate with customers to gain insight into their processes.

• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project.

• Review and oversee project work closely.

• Identify and communicate any risks related to the project.

• Facilitate discussions across different functions.

• Lead meetings both onsite and offsite.

• Manage data migration activities.

• Promote team learning and advocate for process improvements.

• Assist in the creation of implementation and software documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale implementation projects.

• Proven experience in identifying and executing process improvements.

• Capability to present and lead discussions with customers.

• Proficiency in negotiating and building consensus effectively.

• At least 2 years of experience in the clinical research sector.

• Project Management Certification (PMP) is preferred.

• Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with MS Project and MS Access.
