Project Manager – 3-Month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for projects, ensuring that plans are both clear and realistic.

• Proactively manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, design, and business analysis.

• Ensure that project delivery remains in alignment with scope, budget, and key milestones.

• Drive effective execution while upholding quality standards.

• Establish strong, credible relationships with client stakeholders.

• Lead regular communications with clients (status updates, calls, reporting) with clarity and confidence.

• Employ structured questioning to comprehend client goals, KPIs, and priorities.

• Anticipate potential challenges and propose solutions before they escalate into issues.

• Utilize commercial thinking in daily delivery decisions.

• Monitor progress against scope and alert early to risks that may affect margins.

• Support the efficient use of resources while delivering according to the plan.

• Identify and highlight potential growth or upsell opportunities.

• Maintain and adapt delivery plans in response to shifting priorities.

• Diagnose delivery challenges and implement practical solutions.

• Confidently question assumptions to enhance outcomes.

• Manage competing priorities without losing momentum.

• Leverage data to inform decisions and assess delivery performance.

• Provide clear and structured reports on progress, risks, and outcomes.

• Translate delivery status into meaningful updates for clients and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in a digital or commerce agency.

• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.

• Strong understanding of the complete delivery lifecycle (discovery → build → QA → launch).

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams.
