Project Management Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Collaborates with client account teams to gain insight into client projects.

• Takes initiative on special projects that involve data analysis and interpretation.

• Prepares, assesses, and communicates account business outcomes to clients through phone and email resources.

• Utilizes Experian's specialized software for implementation and results delivery.

• Adheres to Experian's security protocols in managing sensitive client information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 3 years of experience in data management and analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

• Capable of analyzing data and presenting findings effectively to stakeholders.

• Expertise in digital marketing channels.

• Basic programming knowledge and/or experience is beneficial.

• Familiarity with USPS addressing components.
