Project Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Order Processing and Project Coordination

• Efficiently process and supervise the completion of internal orders

• Convert field measurements into comprehensive order forms and forward them to manufacturing for production.

• Determine raw material needs (e.g., fabric yardage, liner feet of mesh) for each project.

• Manage and coordinate window treatment orders from suppliers.

• Oversee orders for a variety of products

• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to address production issues or delays.

• Support the estimator in liaising with customers regarding project specifications or challenges.

• Maintain clear communication with field technicians and installers to resolve concerns during field measurements or installations.

• Keep accurate project documentation and provide status updates.

• Monitor milestones and ensure that deliverables are completed on schedule.

• Assist the Project Manager with administrative and coordination tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in project coordination, business operations, or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in a project support, order processing, or administrative position.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace.

• Comfortable collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.

• Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Engineering and familiarity with reading floor plans.

• Knowledge of commercial window treatment products and related terminology.

• Experience with project or order management software.

• Understanding of basic measurement and materials calculations (e.g., fabric, mesh).

• Knowledge of logistics or manufacturing workflows is an advantage.
