
Project Leader – Financial Quality Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manages the planning, design, and implementation of new systems or modifications to existing systems to facilitate management control and decision-making processes.
• Responsible for project planning and timeline management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Holds overall accountability for ensuring that the outcomes of development activities align with business requirements.
• Oversees the coordination of tasks among staff and senior analysts, which includes: evaluating business processes, developing procedures, outlining system process flows and requirements, planning and testing quality assurance, implementing strategies, documenting processes, providing user training, and offering production support for issues or enhancements.
• Ensures effective communication and seamless integration across various departments, systems, and platforms.
• Responsible for selecting, developing, and motivating assigned personnel.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Computer Science is preferred.
• A minimum of nine years of experience in Systems Development is preferred.
• Experience in project management and familiarity with standard systems environments is essential.
• Previous experience in quality assurance, training, documentation, or serving as a business systems liaison is advantageous.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong communication skills are required.
