This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

• Oversee and organize software development, maintenance, and operational support initiatives.

• Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Manage Agile teams to ensure the successful achievement of project milestones.

• Track project progress, risks, budgets, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and promote communication between technical and business teams.

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, security protocols, and operational procedures.

• Generate management reports and present project updates to stakeholders.

• Foster continuous improvement and support initiatives for knowledge sharing.

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 10 years of experience in IT project or program management.

• Strong background in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Capability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in complex, multicultural settings.

• Professional certifications such as PM², PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent are advantageous.

• Proficient in project planning and governance.

• Knowledgeable in risk and resource management.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and collaborative tools.

• Understanding of ITIL principles.

• Comprehension of DevSecOps and CI/CD concepts.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
