This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee cross-departmental implementation projects for new client initiatives, technology deployments, and operational improvements.
• Manage comprehensive project implementation activities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
• Identify inefficiencies in staffing, operational, and departmental processes, and devise solutions utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Lead process mapping and Kaizen workshops to foster innovation and standardization.
• Track project milestones, risks, and KPIs; provide consistent updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of projects, workflows, SOPs, processes, and improvement initiatives.
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project implementation or process enhancement, ideally within staffing or operations.
• Strong grasp of staffing workflows, including recruiting, credentialing, scheduling, and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher (preferred).
• Familiarity with staffing software platforms (e.g., VMS, ATS, scheduling systems) (preferred).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS, state licensure) (preferred).
• Project management or other relevant certifications (preferred).
• This position is contingent upon contract award.
