Project Finance Modeler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, construct, and sustain intricate financial models for infrastructure and project finance transactions.

• Assist in advisory projects related to corporate finance, investment banking, and structured finance transactions.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders based in Australia to provide high-quality financial analysis and modeling outputs.

• Ensure that financial models are "bankable" and appropriate for financing, refinancing, and investment decision-making.

• Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and valuation assessments for infrastructure initiatives.

• Support deal execution for Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), infrastructure assets, and large-scale financing agreements.

• Convert project documents into structured financial models and deliver outputs for stakeholders and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 advisory (Deals / Valuations / Modeling), or roles within infrastructure/project finance.

• Strong expertise in project finance advisory and corporate finance modeling.

• Demonstrated experience in constructing bankable financial models utilized in actual transactions.

• Solid familiarity with infrastructure projects and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).

• Advanced Excel modeling capabilities with a keen attention to detail and precision.

• Robust understanding of project finance structures, debt sizing, and cash flow modeling.

• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders, preferably in support of Australia or APAC markets.

• Capability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced, client-facing setting.
