Project Executive, Concrete

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of various projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, performance standards, and financial objectives.

• Enhance relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

• Direct project teams towards achieving excellence.

• Supervise financial management tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.

• Implement and oversee robust risk management strategies.

• Ensure thorough documentation of all project details.

• Negotiate with stakeholders and address project challenges.

• Mentor and develop project management personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Senior Project Management role (or equivalent).

• Demonstrated capability to ensure project success through effective planning, design, and execution.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of construction project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and CMIC.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 75% of the time.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.
