Project Engineer – Smart Metering, IT Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist Project Managers and division leaders in the planning, control, and execution of project activities.

• Aid in the development and upkeep of project documentation, such as status reports and portfolio summaries.

• Offer technical assistance to project teams in utilizing MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

• Organize scheduling and prepare documentation for meetings, including agendas and follow-up tasks.

• Track project timelines, ensure compliance with deadlines, and facilitate the escalation of any delays.

• Support Project Managers in monthly billing processes by monitoring hours recorded by project team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Prince2 Foundation) is preferred.

• 5-6 years of pertinent experience in a project coordination or support capacity, ideally within the energy or IT sectors.

• Knowledge of project lifecycle processes and reporting frameworks.

• Experience in a multinational or cross-functional setting is advantageous.
