Project Engineer – Robot Vision, Robot Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the commissioning of robot-based machine vision systems at customer locations globally.

• Overseeing the planning, installation, and maintenance of robot inline measurement cells in automotive body manufacturing.

• Programming robots for both new and existing machine vision systems.

• Executing acceptance tests of the measurement systems in close collaboration with the customer.

• Compiling acceptance documentation and providing instruction/handover to the customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in automation engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering, or a technical apprenticeship complemented by practical experience in a related domain.

• Extensive experience in robot programming (e.g., KUKA, FANUC, or ABB).

• Familiarity with coordinate metrology and machine vision is preferred.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

• Openness to undertaking multi-day business trips both domestically and internationally.
