This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take full responsibility for customer-reported issues and ensure their resolution.
• Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer problems.
• Adhere to established protocols for escalating unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams.
• Deliver prompt and comprehensive feedback to customers.
• Guarantee accurate documentation and closure of all reported issues.
• Generate precise and timely reports.
• Create and document knowledge in the form of technical notes and articles for the knowledge base.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer.
• Fundamental knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, utilities, and scripting.
