Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Perform site reconnaissance, conduct interviews, and carry out independent research.

• Create deliverables that include high-quality supporting documentation such as site figures and appendices.

• Occasional travel on short notice (one week or less) will be necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in engineering and due diligence consulting, construction, facilities management, or other real estate consulting services.

• Required experience or familiarity with gathering data essential for completing ASTM E1527 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) in accordance with ASTM E2018 standards.
