This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Conduct comprehensive on-site evaluations and audits of client locations, which include K-12 schools, higher education institutions, federal facilities, correctional facilities, healthcare environments, and more.
• Precisely record existing conditions using designated software.
• Create a detailed scope of work and carry out energy calculations for both current and proposed conditions.
• Oversee projects from initial concept to final completion.
• Recognize and address intricate mechanical challenges.
• Maintain organization and accuracy across multiple projects during different phases of development.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related science field.
• Previous experience in the construction or energy services sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• General understanding of auditing in areas such as domestic water, process water, steam, building envelope, HVAC armor, demand control ventilation, and others.
• A solid grasp of engineering principles.
• Capability to gather, analyze, and interpret data on energy consumption.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• A meticulous approach to all tasks.
• Familiarity with financial metrics including return on investment (ROI), payback period, and life cycle cost analysis.
