Project Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the delivery of the Finland project, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost are managed effectively.

• Lead a fully integrated project team across all delivery disciplines.

• Oversee the general contractor and key vendors throughout the execution phase.

• Maintain the project baseline and implement structured change control processes.

• Establish a culture of safety and quality on-site from the very beginning.

• Collaborate with the DSX team to ensure readiness for turn-up and commissioning.

• Manage project reporting, risk assessment, and escalation to regional leadership.

• Develop strong professional relationships with local partners and authorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering data centre projects, with at least one project managed from start to finish.

• A track record of managing general contractors on complex builds that are heavy on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components.

• Strong expertise in schedule, cost, and change management.

• A prominent leadership style focused on site visibility, with a commitment to safety at the forefront.

• Experience in guiding projects through the commissioning and handover phases.

• Willingness to be present on-site in Finland during the delivery phase.
