Project Delivery Lead – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of intricate business and technology projects.

• Create and sustain integrated delivery strategies, roadmaps, milestones, and governance structures.

• Initiate and facilitate governance meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder interactions.

• Offer reporting, insights, and suggestions to aid in decision-making.

• Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.

• Direct cross-functional teams across various workstreams.

• Administer RAID items and decisions, including mitigation, escalation, ownership, and resolution.

• Track delivery performance, critical path activities, and the overall health of the program.

• Manage communications with stakeholders and activities related to change enablement.

• Oversee vendor performance, deliverables, and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Promote continuous enhancement in delivery practices, governance, reporting, and operational methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading intricate business transformation and technology implementation projects with full delivery accountability.

• Proficient in project delivery, program delivery, strategic planning, roadmap creation, governance, financial oversight, and resource management.

• Familiarity with managing executive stakeholders and facilitating governance meetings.

• Experience in influencing senior management and fostering organizational alignment.

• Competence in managing risks, issues, dependencies, critical path activities, and delivery performance across extensive, multi-stream projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities in complex matrix organizations.

• Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Project, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Capability to convert complex information into actionable recommendations and quantifiable business results.

• Reliability Status security clearance or higher required at the time of application.
