This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Validates customer expectations prior to, during, and following project completion.

• Consistently surpasses customer expectations while delivering outstanding service.

• Effectively manages multiple projects throughout all stages.

• Demonstrates the ability to work independently under pressure, organize and prioritize tasks, and advance several projects to completion with minimal guidance.

• Capable of evaluating options, anticipating outcomes, and exercising sound judgment.

• Acts as a liaison among field technicians, departmental management, government agencies, and customers.

• Utilizes independent judgment to address and resolve all inquiries, questions, and complaints.

• Proactively ensures timely completion of projects.

• Reviews and verifies the accuracy of completed plans and project documentation.

• Monitors equipment production to maintain product integrity.

• Consistently adheres to overall project deadlines in a timely manner.

• Fosters trust and confidence with contractors and the Project Management Team.

• Aids in managing multiple subcontractors across various states.

• Recruits and cultivates business relationships with new subcontractors.

• Enhances sales and profitability through effective and efficient project execution.

• Possesses knowledge of principles and methods for demonstrating, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategies and tactics, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

• Must possess a Mac computer and be proficient in the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).

• Proven capability to operate across all phases of project development, from sales proposals and design to project completion and closeout.

• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce.

• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and ownership in all tasks.

• Ability to closely collaborate with team members on a diverse range of projects.

• Prepares timely and accurate documentation.

• Engages in marketing initiatives and business development efforts.

• Experience in the solar industry.
