This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Confirms customer expectations prior to, during, and following project completion.
• Regularly surpasses customer expectations while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Effectively manages multiple projects through all stages.
• Capable of working independently under pressure, organizing and prioritizing workloads, and advancing several projects to completion with minimal guidance.
• Able to assess options, anticipate outcomes, and apply sound judgment.
• Acts as a liaison among field technicians, departmental management, governmental entities, and clients.
• Utilizes independent judgment to address and resolve all inquiries, questions, and complaints.
• Proactively ensures the timely completion of projects.
• Reviews and supervises finalized plans and project documentation for accuracy.
• Monitors production equipment to guarantee product integrity.
• Consistently meets overall project deadlines punctually.
• Fosters trust and confidence with contractors and the Project Management Team.
• Aids in managing multiple subcontractors across different states.
• Attracts and cultivates business relationships with new subcontractors.
• Drives sales and profitability through effective and efficient project execution.
• Understands the principles and methodologies for showcasing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategies and tactics, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Unwavering commitment to the highest standards of customer service.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers both verbally and in writing.
• Maintains composure when addressing upset or angry customers and listens to their concerns/questions.

• Must possess a Mac computer and be fluent in the Apple software ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
• Proven capability to operate in all phases of project development, from sales proposals and design to project completion and closeout.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Demonstrated urgency and accountability in all tasks.
• Ability to work closely with other team members on a diverse range of projects.
• Prepares accurate and timely documentation.
• Engages in marketing initiatives and business development activities.
• Experience in the Solar industry.
