Executive Search Firm RFP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to enhance the leadership profile.

• Create a strategy for recruitment and outreach.

• Promote the opportunity at both national and regional levels.

• Identify, evaluate, and present a diverse slate of highly qualified candidates.

• Oversee the interview process and assess candidates.

• Perform reference and background checks.

• Support offer negotiations, hiring, and transition planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting senior leaders in nonprofit, community development, urban policy, or mission-driven real estate sectors.

• Strong preference for experience in placing executive-level integrators, chiefs of staff, administrative and operational executives, or deputy leaders.
