Project Coordinator, Solar Campaign

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise and track solar project orders from the approval of contracts through all significant project milestones.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely completion of necessary documentation and project outputs.

• Verify solar contracts and milestone advancements to ensure accuracy and readiness for the next phases.

• Organize and schedule on-site resources for assessments, installations, and inspections as needed.

• Monitor the performance of solar systems via designated portals to confirm activation, reporting status, and energy production.

• Actively identify discrepancies, delays, or potential risks in project orders and escalate issues for swift resolution.

• Keep precise and updated project records, including tracking order status within internal systems and CRM platforms.


⛳️ Requirements

• Educational Background: College education is preferred; a High School diploma or a College Undergraduate degree may be accepted if accompanied by strong qualifications and relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Aurora Solar is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated work experience as a Solar Project Coordinator for a U.S. company or in a comparable role, showcasing expertise in managing solar projects from inception to completion.

• Robust organizational skills, with the capability to multitask and efficiently manage time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating clear communication and positive relationships with all stakeholders.

• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance principles, ensuring that projects adhere to both industry standards and internal quality controls.

• Practical experience with project management tools, such as CRMs or similar software, to monitor project milestones, tasks, and deadlines.
