This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +5 more states.
• Gather all essential documentation and assist subcontractors through the credentialing and suitability processes.
• Oversee and facilitate the scheduling of training sessions between clients and contractors, ensuring prompt communication, alignment of availability, and smooth execution of appointments.
• Dispatch initial forms to subcontractors to kickstart the suitability process.
• Employ Podio to record actions taken and monitor data.
• Complete the e-QIP process for each subcontractor, which includes coordinating fingerprint appointments.
• Generate and submit process and status reports upon request.
• Comply with established procedures and protocols.
• Manage email inboxes and maintain active daily communication through both phone and email.
• Inform the Point of Contact (POC) regarding any Client communications that require their attention.
• Collaborate with and support the Project Manager and Assistant Project Managers to ensure all contractual obligations with the SSA are met.
• Issue and uphold annual compliance requirements and documentation for completion.
• Conduct quality control on documentation received from prospective subcontractors.
• Manage the candidate and subcontractor database, including data updating and input.
• Provide suggestions for enhancing tracking and workflow as identified or required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a BA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven Customer Service and administrative experience (e.g., call center, customer support).
• Ability to work collaboratively across different project management teams.
• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Capable of resolving issues accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential (both oral and written).
• Excellent typing skills.
• Experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable or a background in Finance is highly preferred.
• Mentorship and guidance through regular SkillBridge Intern Zoom Meetings.
• PM Fundamentals course, Resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview skills training.
• Additional free resources, including an electronic copy of 'How to Speak Civilian Fluently'.
